goals.
Workforce Diversity -Workforces with both local and global
characteristics can be difficult to unify towards a common goal. Understanding
and working through our similarities and differences is an important step
towards world class leadership.

- First, when forming a group or team creates a comfortable rapport for your members. Try to get to know your teammates. Understand the context of people culture i.e. are they form high context culture or from low context culture.
- Allow members to ask different questions and be ready to answer them. Accept and respect cultural differences and side by form a mutual commonality among the team members. Do not judge them by their looks, religion, culture, and etc.
- When creating or setting up goals and objectives make sure that they attainable and realistic. Do not overwhelm your team members with too much information at once. Furthermore let members to naturally offer their talents, i.e. do not force them to do something, instead work on their pace and let them familiarize themselves with corporate environment and team members.
- Always make sure that favouritism does not exist. If any problem arises try to provide reasonable accommodation. Team leaders must also strive to build cohesiveness among the team members. In addition to this leaders must have the ability and should provide other team members to focus on critical thinking.
- One of the most important steps is that continuous feedback should be taken from the members to ensure everyone is on the right path and always recognise members work above and beyond.
